    The 2008 Reserve Marechal Foch is a dry red wine made from the finest estate-grown Marechal Foch.  Aged in French oak barrels has provided oaky, as well as fruit-derived berry and bell pepper characters on a good tannin backbone leading to a great overall balance and length.  This wine has exceptional aging potential and pairs well with fine cheese and red meat dishes.

    Cabernet Sauvignon Marechal Foch is a dry, full-bodied red wine made from the finest imported Cabernet Sauvignon and Nova Scotia grown Marechal Foch grapes.     The Leon Millot was  produced from grapes grown in the Annapolis Valley. This dry red wine was not  aged in oak barrels in order to maintain its lengthy black cherry and anise flavours and soft, ripe tannins. It will pair well with a variety of red meats, fine cheeses and spicy dishes. Notice: Some colour sediment may form.

    The grapes for this wine were grown by Dr. Allan McIntyre of Racca Vineyards in Habitant, Nova Scotia.  The wine was aged in French oak barrels and will complement the heartiest of red meats and fine cheeses.

    Descended from Pinot Noir, Marquette is one of the newest grape varieties, arriving only in the last few years. 

    Leaps from the glass and pulls you in with opulent aromas of dark cherry, cassis and elderberry which gently give way to lighter hints of strawberry and quince , all grounded by nuances of white pepper, cinnamon and a kiss of sandalwood.

    A fruit forward wine with depth and character that make it a perfect match for lighter foods or by itself.  Pairs well with cedar plank salmon, BBQ pork dishes, and medium cheeses.
