Castel, Lucie Kuhlmann, Marechal Foch and Millot grapes are blended to a rich, ruby hue, deep in colour and intensity. This outstanding dry red wine with intense smoky blackberry and fresh plum characters supported by robust earthy tannins spent twelve months aging in French oak barrels. This big red wine will compliment hearty meals of spicy red meat.

The 2008 Reserve Marechal Foch is a dry red wine made from the finest estate-grown Marechal Foch.  Aged in French oak barrels has provided oaky, as well as fruit-derived berry and bell pepper characters on a good tannin backbone leading to a great overall balance and length.  This wine has exceptional aging potential and pairs well with fine cheese and red meat dishes.

The Trilogy combines a carefully selected blend of three grapes to create a sumptuous wine.  The finest Marechal Foch, Baco Noir, and Cabernet Franc grapes mingle to perfection culminating in a trilogy of smokey, black cherry and anise nuances.  Paired with hearty red meat dishes, served with fine cheeses or enjoyed on its own, this is a deeply satisfying wine with great aging potential.

Jost Vineyards 2008 Côte St. George Marechal Foch was made from grapes grown in the Antigonish area of Nova Scotia in the vineyard of Kingsley Brown overlooking beautiful St. George’s Bay. This dry red wine, with abundant red berry fruit and refreshing tannins, will pair well with hearty red meat and pasta dishes.

The Leon Millot was  produced from grapes grown in the Annapolis Valley. This dry red wine was not  aged in oak barrels in order to maintain its lengthy black cherry and anise flavours and soft, ripe tannins. It will pair well with a variety of red meats, fine cheeses and spicy dishes. Notice: Some colour sediment may form.

The grapes for this wine were grown by Dr. Allan McIntyre of Racca Vineyards in Habitant, Nova Scotia.  The wine was aged in French oak barrels and will complement the heartiest of red meats and fine cheeses.

The Marechal Foch is a well-balanced, dry red wine with a fruity bouquet, red-berry flavours and good length.  It is an excellant companion with beef, vension and hearty pasta dishes.

The Jost Vineyards Prima Rosa is a medium dry full-bodied red wine made from a special blend of Nova Scotia grown French-American hybrid grapes.  It is filled with a lovely, fruity bouquet and berry fruit and jam character.

The Marble Mountain Red is a full-flavoured , medium-dry red with lots of sweet berry fruit in the nose.  It is specially blended to produce a smooth, medium-bodied red wine full of fruit with a lengthy finish.

Brilliantly deep in colour and intensity, our Millot Marechal Foch is blended with Nova Scotia grown Grapes.  This red wine tantalizes the palate with red-berry flavours and pleasant length. Dry and well-balanced, its fruity bouquet makes this Valley Roads wine perfect with barbecued meats, wild game and roast pork.

Our Marechal Foch is a dry, well-balanced red wine blessed with red berry flavours and good length. The herbaceous and fruity bouquet is indicative of a Nova Scotia summer, earthy and natural. Marechal Foch is an excellent wine to serve with beef, venison and hearty pasta dishes.

Descended from Pinot Noir, Marquette is one of the newest grape varieties, arriving only in the last few years. 

Leaps from the glass and pulls you in with opulent aromas of dark cherry, cassis and elderberry which gently give way to lighter hints of strawberry and quince , all grounded by nuances of white pepper, cinnamon and a kiss of sandalwood.

A fruit forward wine with depth and character that make it a perfect match for lighter foods or by itself.  Pairs well with cedar plank salmon, BBQ pork dishes, and medium cheeses.
